You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Return requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process of return
To return your purchase, please contact us at digital@shreerakhi.in or 8697963569 within 30 days of receiving it. We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a range/item, simply contact us at info@shreerakhi.in or 9831150473 and let us know what you would like to exchange it for. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will send you your new item within 5 business days.
Refunds
If you are returning your purchase for a refund, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
